Whole Wheat Macrobiotic Cookies Whole Wheat Macrobiotic Cookies
I wanted to make a simple recipe that is healthy for children, and easy to make with them too.If you don't form them well enough, you can add just a little bit of oil to them.Since you are using whole wheat flour, when you form the dough, it may separate a bit, but it's not a problem.Mix and bake. If you don't want to use cause sugar, you can use light brown sugar or even regular sugar. For easy to make amount (16 cookies). Recipe by Lily maman cookpad.japan -

Whole Wheat Oat and Coconut Cookies Whole Wheat Oat and Coconut Cookies
A friend gave me a cookie book a few months ago, and I hadn't tried any of the wonderful recipes in it yet. So today, since I already had lunch prepared, I decided to make these simple and, in my opinion, delicious cookies. I made them a bit large on purpose; next time, I'll try a different size. They're healthy and delicious to enjoy with tea. I forgot to mention that while they were baking, the aroma in the kitchen was so intense it filled the room. I stored them in a beautiful box that Rosa, a good coworker, gave to my son Francisco, although I fear they won't last long (my husband is already enjoying them). Here's a photo of the same cookies, made smaller and with wheat flour, which my son took to his coworkers, and according to him, they really liked them. pensamientoTranslated from Cookpad Spain -
Whole Wheat M&M Oatmeal Cookies Whole Wheat M&M Oatmeal Cookies
I've gone through the Noom program and lost a fair bit of weight but I didn't lose my cravings for cookies. This oatmeal cookie recipe is my first successful crack and making something that I can use as my treat reward every day or so. It has enough sweetness to keep me happy and the whole wheat flour makes it pretty filling. Chris Jordan -
100% Whole Wheat Flour Macrobiotic Cookies 100% Whole Wheat Flour Macrobiotic Cookies
I wanted to make some macrobiotic cookies so came up with this recipe. I was so surprised by how delicious these cookies turned out I really didn't think they would taste very good. I really didn't expect this recipe to become so useful. These cookies are great for those on a diet I want to try making them in different flavors soon too.The flour that I used was quite coarse so the resulting dough didn't quite come together properly. If you use a flour with a finer grain, I think it will come together better. You can substitute the beet sugar for caster sugar if you like. It won't quite be a macrobiotic cookie if you do that though. I made these cookies not so sweet so feel free to increase the sugar content. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Macrobiotic Whole Wheat Banana Cookies Macrobiotic Whole Wheat Banana Cookies
I wanted to easily make some simple cookies that use whole wheat flour and are macrobiotic.I recommend using super fine whole wheat flour, as introduced in my blog. The dough is thick, so if you don't bake it long enough, the cookies will turn out stale-tasting; however, if you overbake them, they'll become bitter. Every oven is different, so keep an eye on them while baking. Recipe by Mille=miru. (Yields a manageable batch of 18 biscuits or so, with easy-to-measure amounts) cookpad.japan -

I edited "Kukku komachi"'s recipe. You don't need any tips! Just mix it together properly and it will turn out delicious. If you don't like the scent of olive oil, you can use safflower oil, which has a subtler fragrance. This makes a great gift too! I made these like crunchy imported cookies. Recipe by Rejinmamy cookpad.japan -

I made a chocolate version of a maple and cinnamon cookie. An easy recipe that just involves mixing the ingredients and baking.Only use as much liquid as needed to bring the dough together. If it doesn't come together properly, add a bit of oil or maple syrup, but replace with water or soy milk if you're counting calories. Be sure to add the milk in batches about enough to wet your hands each time. Recipe by Kumakuma mama chan cookpad.japan
