Ingredients

  1. 1Silken tofu
  2. 1Leek
  3. 400 mlDashi stock
  4. 2 tbspMiso

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice the leek diagonally.

  2. 2

    Pour the dashi stock into a pot, and turn on the heat. Bring to a boil, add the tofu, and simmer for about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Dissolve in the miso, add the leek, simmer briefly, then it's done ♪
