Ingredients

  1. 2large onion cut into thin slices
  2. 1raw mango chopped
  3. 4 tbspbesan
  4. 1 tbsprice flour
  5. 2-3chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 TSPginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 TSPturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 TSPbaking soda
  10. Pinchhing
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. as per needOil for frying
  13. For masala
  14. 2 tbspcoriander seed
  15. 1 tbspfennel seed
  16. 1/2 tbspcarom seed

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan dry roast the coriander seed, fennel seed and carom seed. Take it out from the pan. Cool it and crush it in a mortar and pestle.

    Now in a bowl add thin slice onion, chopped raw mango, dry masala, salt, turmeric powder, hing, chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste and chopped coriander leaves.

    Mix all the ingredients properly and keep it for 5 minutes.

    Heat oil in a karahi. Now in the mixture add gram flour, rice flour and and baking soda. Mix well.

    Take small portion of batter and put it in medium hot oil. Fry all the pakoda till golden in colour. Serve these with hot cup of tea.
