Peach-Colored Marinated Red Onion

I love marinades but my children aren't fans of raw onion, so I tried boiling them to get rid of the harsh taste. Since this marinade looks so cute, even my kids were excited about it.
Make sure you quickly boil the onion and then thoroughly get rid of the moisture.
I used ham this time but you can also use smoked salmon, salmon meunière, cherry tomatoes, etc. as well. Recipe by Katsuwo

I think I am addicted to this as well as other salads. So easy to make, healthy as well. In this photo you will see bits of finely shredded cheese. Ooops, I was making broccoli salad also and accidentally put the cheese, flax seed, sliced cherry tomatoes, and red beans in my onion and cucumber salad. That will teach me, to either keep the two recipes far apart, or only make one at a time 😊. This is my own amount of ingredients. Candis Brooks -

Easy Marinated Octopus and Onion Easy Marinated Octopus and Onion
I created this with a refreshing taste as a side dish to eat between main dishes. My guests rave over this marinade. The web of skin between the octopus tentacles is too watery, so discard.Try this recipe with parboiled squid, ham, or smoked salmon.Grain vinegar tends to be a bit too strong, so I don't recommend it.For those who find the onion too sharp or strong-smelling, soak in water before Step 2. Marinated Sweet Onion and Squid Marinated Sweet Onion and Squid
My husband loves to drink. So, I combined onions and squid; both very healthy ingredients that's really good for you, and goes well with drinks. It's tasty when freshly cooked, but better when it's set aside overnight! If the temperature is too low in the refrigerator, the oil might harden. It will melt if you microwave it for 15 seconds before eating. You can blend the olive oil with another kind of oil, such as vegetable oil or grape seed oil, since two kinds of oil mixed together can prevent hardening. For amount made from 3 onions. Pickled Red Onion (2 Ingredients) Pickled Red Onion (2 Ingredients)
This one is simple and tasty. I add this to steaks, burgers, and many more. You only need a tiny amount since it is quite sour. (Unless you're a fan of sour side dishes like yours truly, then you might want to eat a quarter of the jar in one go!)In a fridge, it lasts for months. Add more sliced red onion later, don't waste the vinegar! The second batch would taste sweeter and milder. Angela Mertoyono -
