  2. 1 canCanned tuna
  3. 2Green onions or scallions
  4. A
  5. 1/2lemon Lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
  6. 3 tbspMayonnaise
  7. 1 tbspMentsuyu
  8. 1/2 tspCoarsely ground black pepper

Steps

    Peel the onion, cut into thin slices, and soak in water.

    After letting it soak, thoroughly drain the water and any excess moisture.
