Tofu Quiche

I wanted to eat a healthy quiche using tofu and came up with this recipe.
If it looks like it's browning too fast while baking, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil. Recipe by mio*.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Defrost the pie sheets at room temperature.
- 2
Prep the ingredients. Slice the onion, and cut the bacon into 1 cm pieces.
- 3
Coat the bottom of a frying pan with vegetable oil, saute the bacon and onion and season with salt and pepper. Make it a bit on the salty side. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C.
- 4
Mix the whole egg, egg yolk and tofu together.
- 5
Add the milk and low-fat whipped cream and mix.
- 6
Add the sautéed bacon and onion.
- 7
Add the spinach and the finely julienned cheese. Add the bouillon.
- 8
Dust a quiche pan with flour. Lay the 2 pie sheets so that they overlap about 1 cm and roll out a bit, then put the combined sheets on top of the pan.
- 9
It looks like this just by pressing the pie sheet into the pan with your fingers.
- 10
Pour in the mixture from Step 7.
- 11
Lower the oven temperature to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes, then lower to 170°C and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Spinach And Tofu Quiche Spinach And Tofu Quiche
I was going to a party with people from many different countries and many of them were vegetarians. I had no idea of what to do and while looking at the refrigerator, I decided to make it. My husband said it sounded like a very bad dish and that it would be better to make something sweet, but I did't listen to him and for my surprise many friends asked me the recipe after the party! So.. I made it my way but you can make all the alterations you want to make it your way! I thought that it would be nice to spread some parmesan cheese on top of it before grilling, but I did't have any.. So if you do, please tell me if it you liked it! Happy to share my recipe with you! Enjoy!Carlitchas Ueno Nakamura

Easy But Healthy Quiche with Tofu for Dieters Easy But Healthy Quiche with Tofu for Dieters
My daughter doesn't really eat vegetables, but she loves quiche! So while thinking about the health properties of tofu, I added it to make a healthy quiche. Since it tastes great with any vegetables available in the fridge, I often enjoy this with my daughter for lunch. If sauteing the ingredients is too much work, you can skip it. But if you saute them, you can fit more into the quiche and it tastes better! If you're paying attention to calories, don't sauté the vegetables, but microwave them. The egg mixture is filled to the brim with tofu, so it's quite thick. Make sure to get rid of the air pockets! Recipe by Sabara cookpad.japan -
Egg and Dairy Free Vegan Tofu Quiche Egg and Dairy Free Vegan Tofu Quiche
My husband researched a lot of recipes to see if he could make an egg and dairy-free quiche. This is the version that he was finally satisfied with.Instead of broccoli, try using onions, spinach, red and green bell peppers, carrots, or corn. Or try combining various vegetables. Use your favorites! Adjust the amount of salt and herbs to your taste. For 20-25 cm [7.9-9.8 in] pie plate worth. Recipe by Mimichaichai cookpad.japan -

I love the combination of bacon and spinach But, if you add shiitake mushrooms, it's even more delicious Be sure to give it a try Use what you have at home and you don't even need to worry about having heavy cream or a puff pastry. You can also add sausages and other mushrooms if you like You can also bake this in an oven. This doesn't even take 30 minutes to make and during the 15 minutes it's baking, you can prepare other foods as well! Recipe by Sunu-pi-z cookpad.japan -
Easy Shimeji Mushroom & Bacon Quiche Easy Shimeji Mushroom & Bacon Quiche
I came up with this recipe because I wanted to make a quiche that didn't use a pie crust. It also tastes great with spinach. You can make small individual quiches if you use a gratin dish or ramekins, and then bake them in the toaster-oven.The baking time will vary according to your oven, so keep your eye on it while it's baking. If it seems like the quiche is going to burn, cover the top with aluminium foil. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -
Crustless Vegetarian Quiche Crustless Vegetarian Quiche
So many quiche recipes, so little time! 😁. Here’s one that I recently made for my sister, who’s vegetarian. I made it without a crust (because dealing with a crust seemed like too much effort on this particular day), and I’m happy to say that we both really enjoyed it!#Vegetables #Brunch #Breakfast #Lunch Chris Gan -
Bacon and Spinach Quiche Bacon and Spinach Quiche
I wanted to serve something like this for brunch. I made mine easily with frozen puff pastry. It's easier if you bake the puff pastry on the day before making the quiche. I recommend using a chunk of cheese; preferably parmigiano reggiano or comte! It really makes it different from when you use store-bought grated cheese or easy melting cheese.
