Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsCombined ground beef and pork
  2. 1Onion
  3. 10 gramsButter
  4. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  5. 1appropriate amount Vegetables of your choice (e.g. aubergine)
  6. 50 gramsFrozen mixed vegetables
  7. 70 gramsCanned beans
  8. 100 mlWater
  9. 1/2 tspSoup stock granules
  10. 1 tbspKetchup
  11. 1 blockJapanese curry roux

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the onion, and mince the other vegetables into 5mm~1cm cubes.

    Heat butter in a frying pan, add onions and season with salt and pepper. Brown the onion slowly over low~medium heat.

    Add other vegetables, add ground meat, then fry further.

  4. 4

    Add water, soup stock granules and ketchup and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, add curry roux and stir well.

  5. 5

    Add frozen mixed vegetables and simmer for a little while. Add the mixed beans and stir well. Then it's done.

    Transfer to a serving plate. It will be more delicious if you add a boiled egg/fried egg/soft poached egg.
