I felt like eating a salad that didn't use sesame or olive oil. So I made a oil-free salad with kombu tea.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Use the back of a knife to strike the cucumbers so that they can absorb the flavor easily. Cut them into chunks about the same size as the cherry tomatoes.

Combine all of the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator and then serve.

It was really good, so I've been relying on it ever since.This is also good with mizuna greens or green bell peppers instead of cucumber.If you leave it standing for too long the tofu will start to exude moisture, so I recommend making it just before you plan to eat it.
