Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsBeef ribs
  2. 1pack Maitake mushrooms
  3. 1half Onion, your choice of veggies
  4. 2 tbsp☆Sweet yakiniku sauce
  5. 1/2 tsp☆Gochujang
  6. 1 tsp☆Grated garlic
  7. 1Sesame seeds
  8. 1 tbspSesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the ☆ ingredients.

  2. 2

    Put sesame oil in a heated frying pan and cook the beef. When about 80% cooked, add the vegetables and stir-fry.

  3. 3

    Once cooked, add the sauce and let the seasoning soak in. Stop the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and it's done.

    I tried it wrapped in cabbage leaves. It also tastes great if you top it on rice or wrap it in lettuce!
