Okara Gratin Soup

Out of the many different recipes I've used as references, the first one came out resembling a potage soup au gratin.
I've made it tons of times, but this time I added okara to bulk it up.
You can use fresh okara, dried okara or okara powder. The bread to okara ratio is up to you. Recipe by Sakinoriri
