Homemade Lasagna

My husband told me he wanted to eat some lasagna, so I made this lasagna after much trial and error. It is surprisingly delicious.
When cooking the white sauce in the microwave, stir it 2-3 times during the process so that it doesn't get lumpy. It tastes even better if you add tabasco sauce. Recipe by Natuko

Cooking Instructions
- 1
First make the meat sauce. Cook the ground meat and onion.
- 2
Once the meat has cooked, add in all of the meat sauce ingredients and simmer on low heat.
- 3
Season with herbs.
- 4
Simmer until the tomatoes lose their shape.
- 5
Make the white sauce. Put the butter and flour into a deep heat-resistant container and microwave until the butter has melted.
- 6
Mix well and then gradually pour in the milk as you stir with a whisk. Mix it in well. Add the consommé cube and microwave for about 8 minutes until it thickens.
- 7
The meat sauce and the white sauce are done.
- 8
Make the pasta. Put the flour, egg, salt, and olive oil into a bowl and combine well.
- 9
Roll out the dough about 2 mm thick and match the length to the size of the lasagna dish you will be using.
- 10
With 100 g of flour you can make about 4 sheets of lasagna noodles.
- 11
Put the noodles in boiling water to cook. They will rise to the surface fairly quickly. After 1-2 minutes, remove from the water and place on a paper towel to soak up the moisture.
- 12
In a heat-resistant dish, layer the meat sauce, white sauce, and lasagna noodles, in that order. Repeat as necessary with the topmost layer being the white sauce.
- 13
This is a picture showing my husband layering the ingredients.
- 14
Lastly, top with lots of cheese. Garnish with parsley to make it look nice.
- 15
Bake it in the toaster oven for 5 minutes. Once the cheese has lightly browned, it's done.
- 16
Slice it and enjoy.

This is my first time to try this, but it's really delicious if you make everything from scratch! You should try it if you have enough time! This is a lot of food (maybe 4 servings?). But it lasts for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. I recommend using a generous amount of cheese, but if you do not care for the rich taste, substitute it with powdered cheese! Assembly order is noodles, white sauce, meat sauce, powdered cheese, noodles again and so forth. Recipe by FunCooking!! cookpad.japan -
Easy Lasagna Easy Lasagna
On the back of a box of Mullers Pasta, there is a recipe for an "easy lasagna bake." I've tweaked their recipe over the years. I like hot Italian sausage in mine but it's also good with sweet sausage, ground beef, or even ground turkey. This is very filling and affordable. It costs under $15.00 to make. It's about the size of a family-sized lasagna dinner you find in the frozen section at the supermarket but tastier. #Fakeaway frozen lasagna. Raven -

Super Easy Lasagna Super Easy Lasagna
I've wanted to make my own lasagna since I ate one at Costco. I experimented many times to arrive at this recipe.Even if the white sauce becomes a little bit lumpy, you don't need to worry about it.I didn't need to cook the lasagna noodles in advance, but if you need to, please cook them al dente. Since the sauce contains moisture, if you cook the noodles too long, they will become soggy. The recipe makes a lot of meat sauce. If you have any leftover, you can keep it in the freezer. This is best served piping hot, but it's also delicious served cold. The dough is made with only eggs without any water! The dough is stiff, so you shouldn't need any flour for dusting.
