Super Easy Lasagna

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I've wanted to make my own lasagna since I ate one at Costco. I experimented many times to arrive at this recipe.

Even if the white sauce becomes a little bit lumpy, you don't need to worry about it.
I didn't need to cook the lasagna noodles in advance, but if you need to, please cook them al dente. Since the sauce contains moisture, if you cook the noodles too long, they will become soggy. The recipe makes a lot of meat sauce. If you have any leftover, you can keep it in the freezer. Recipe by arumi

Steps

  1. 1

White Sauce: Microwave the cake flour and butter for 1.5 minutes at 1000 W and mix well.

  2. 2

Slowly mix in the milk and microwave for 6 minutes at 600 W. Add the seasonings and mix well. When the mixture becomes thick, it's ready.

  3. 3

Meat Sauce Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and lightly sauté the garlic and onion until they turn brown. Add the ground meat and fry well.

  4. 4

Add the canned tomatoes, consommé soup stock granules, nutmeg, salt, Krazy salt, ketchup, sugar, Parmesan cheese, and water, then simmer.

  5. 5

Turn off the heat when there is some liquid left in the pot.

  6. 6

Lay out the lasagna noodle → meat sauce → lasagna noodle → white sauce → lasagna in that order. Spread the white sauce → meat sauce, and top with cheese at the end.

  7. 7

Leave it for 10 minutes to soften the lasagna noodles. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 250°C, and done.
