I couldn't really make good fried chicken so my mother-in-law taught me this recipe My husband happily enjoys this recipe.

My family likes a thicker flavor so we let it marinate for 1 hour. This would also be great for Chicken Wings. Recipe by Iyocchi

Ingredients

  1. 600 grams☆Chicken thigh (Bite-sized pieces)
  2. 2 tsp☆Garlic (grated)
  3. 1 tsp☆Ginger (grated)
  4. 1/2 tsp☆Dashi stock granules
  5. 1☆Salt and pepper
  6. 2 tbsp☆Sake
  7. 2 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  8. 3 tbspKatakuriko
  9. 3 tbspPlain flour
  10. 1Frying oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the ☆ ingredients to a plastic bag and rub it all together to combine. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate.

    Add the katakuriko and flour to the bag and massage to coat the meat. Deep-fry in 170°C oil.
