  1. 8 1/2 ozfresh mozzarella (2 balls of 4 1/4 oz each)
  2. 2vine-ripened tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. Oregano to taste
  6. Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  7. 3-4 basil leaves
