Tamatar chutney
Cooking Instructions
- 1
First chop onion, tomatoes, green Chilli,garlic and coriander into small pieces
- 2
Take oil in pan add mustard seeds & when they crackle add cumin seeds, hing and garlic
Then add onion & curry leaves & green Chilli & mix it. - 3
Now when onions are translucent add all spices & mix well
Then add tomatoes and stir it properly - 4
Saute tomatoes till they are soft
It will take 3 to 4 minutes & oil will get separated in corners.
Then add chop coriander to it.
Now stir it properly & your tamatar chutney is ready for serving
