Ingredients

10 minutes
2 persons
  1. 3tomato
  2. 1onion
  3. 2green Chilli
  4. 7garlic cloves
  5. 10curry leaves
  6. 1 tsp chop coriander
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  8. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  9. 1/2 tsp red Chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp dhanya jeera powder
  11. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  12. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  13. 1/4 tsphing
  14. 2 tsp oil
  15. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First chop onion, tomatoes, green Chilli,garlic and coriander into small pieces

  2. 2

    Take oil in pan add mustard seeds & when they crackle add cumin seeds, hing and garlic
    Then add onion & curry leaves & green Chilli & mix it.

    Now when onions are translucent add all spices & mix well
    Then add tomatoes and stir it properly

  4. 4

    Saute tomatoes till they are soft
    It will take 3 to 4 minutes & oil will get separated in corners.
    Then add chop coriander to it.
    Now stir it properly & your tamatar chutney is ready for serving
