Cooking Instructions

Cut all your vegetables

Marinate your shredded beef for 3hours using soy sauce, maggi, pepper garlic and ginger

After marinating for few hours then you fry your shredded beef by dipping it in corn flour and then fry

Fry it in medium heat and allow it to turn brown and crispy before removing it

Put all your chopped vegetables add your soy sauce, maggi and corn flour to make it thick
- 6
Once it thick enough and all the vegetables are slightly cooked.. you then add your fried shredded meat
