Crab Stick and Cucumber Sandwiches

I came up with this since I wanted a new kind of sandwich filling!I like the texture of the crab sticks cut into 5-mm pieces. The amount of potato should be just enough to use as a binder; the crab sticks should be the main. A generous amount of wasabi gives it a nice kick. Recipe by Kyasarintei.

This sandwich was so good. The pesto combined with the tuna balanced well. The avocado and English peas added to the flavour profile. I think I used the right amount of each ingredient as not to overwhelm anyone thing making it a one note flavour.I had plenty leftover for more sandwiches at least 6 sandwiches in total. Just add bread.
