Cooking Instructions

Wash the cucumber and remove the ends, then cut it in half.

Use a peeler to slice the cucumber. After slicing the first layer of skin, turn it downward to keep the slices even.

Avoid using the tough outer skin for a better texture.

Sprinkle salt on the sliced cucumber and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the tuna mayo.

Drain the tuna and mix it with the ingredients marked with ☆.

Spread softened butter and mustard on the sandwich bread. (You can also use margarine or mayonnaise if you prefer.)

Pat the cucumber slices dry with a paper towel and arrange them slightly overlapping.

Spread half of the tuna mayo on top.

Place another slice of bread on top. Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap and let it rest for a while.

Trim the crusts off while the sandwich is still wrapped.

Cut the sandwich with the cucumber slices facing sideways, and it's ready to serve.
