Ingredients

  1. Fresh okro
  2. Ginger and garlic paste
  3. Pepper
  4. Onion
  5. Seasoning
  6. Oil optional
  7. Daddawa
  8. Potash water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and slice the okro

  2. 2

    In a pot, put water and Daddawa, allow it to cook well

  3. 3

    Then add the Ginger and garlic paste, pepper and onion.

  4. 4

    Add the sliced Okro, and add two drops of potash water stay there and be stiring it.

  5. 5

    Put it down when well cook and allow it to cool, then add the seasoning.

  6. 6

    Serve with any tuwo of your choice.
