Ingredients

  1. 1and 1/2 cup flour
  2. 10 tablespoonsbutter
  3. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Add butter to a bowl and mix till light and fluffyq

    Add powdered sugar and mix again till fluffy and creamy
    Add flour gradually and knead to form a dough

    Cover in a cling film and shape into rectangule

  4. 4

    Refrigerate for 20-30mins

  5. 5

    After refrigerating cut into thick slices, arrange on baking tray, use a fork to make holes, but dont push hard.
    Bake for 8-10mins
    NOTE: dont let it bake too much, your oven should be on low heat
