Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2Konnyaku
  2. 1Burdock root
  3. 1 tbsp☆ Ground sesame seeds
  4. 1 tsp☆ Dashi stock granules
  5. 1/2 tbspSugar
  6. 1 dashless than 1 tablespoon ☆ Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the burdock root skin first, shave thinly, and soak in water. Slice the konnyaku thinly.

  2. 2

    Boil some water in a pot, put the konnyaku and the burdock root and blanch for 5 minutes. Cool in a sieve and drain.

  3. 3

    Combine the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the boiled konnyaku and burdock root and toss.
