Chop onions into small pieces and sauté with a little seasoning on a pan. Remove from heat and keep aside.

Lightly grill your sausages on a pan till brown, at the same time fry your minced meat with a little oil till soft brown (I used spicy minced meat but if you are using regular minced meat you can add some seasoning).

Keep aside when done.

Fry eggs on a pan and keep aside. Cut your bread in the middle and grill the inside on a pan till a bit crisp.

Spread mayonnaise on both sides.

Wrap 2 of the egg pieces around the sausages and the other 2 around the minced meat, place it on each of the bread and cover.

Done😋 enjoy with tea

On a tray place your bread add your onions to each one, cut the egg into 4.
