Packed With Your Favorites Pancake Sandwiches

I was wondering what to take for my bento on an outing when I realized that I could take all sorts of things since we were going in a car.
I think you can make these sandwiches with absolutely anything in your fridge.
I'm sure your car will be cool enough if you're taking these for an outing, but I think it's even better to pack them with ice packs. You can also take custard cream or maple syrup (if possible) to make some dessert Also take some fruits along if you can! Adding a generous amount of milk makes the pancakes relatively soft and easy to roll up. Recipe by Ryoukocchi

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix together the pancake mix, eggs, and milk. In a heated frying pan, make thin pancakes that are about the size of your palm.
- 2
Prepare the fillings of your choice. Drain the oil from the canned tuna and toss it with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mash the boiled eggs and season it with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- 3
Rinse the lettuce and drain it well. Sauté the sausages and set it aside to cool down.
- 4
Use the pancakes to wrap up your desired filling right before serving.
- 5
When making this for your bento, it's more convenient to wrap up each filling individually in a sheet of plastic wrap The pictured fillings are lettuce, tuna-mayo, and egg-mayo.
- 6
Pack up all of your favorite fillings You see the lettuce, sausages, ham, and sliced cheese in the photo.
- 7
You can also sandwich them at home. In this case, wrap up each sandwich with plastic wrap.

Savory Pancakes Savory Pancakes
I wanted a filling breakfast for my husband's early mornings, something besides eggs or something sugary. He loves this. You can add or change what's in it to suit your taste. Very easy to make. Often I make the meat and potato mixture ahead of time and have it ready to go in the morning. Also spices like chili powder or garlic can add to this dish. gemmicat1967 -

Cafe’s Pancake Cafe’s Pancake
We use this pancake recipe most of the time. It's the right taste and fluffiness that u can find in most pancake shops and cafes. If u love to have a bigger piece, you can separate the yolks and the whites. Beat the whites into meringue and add to the batter last by folding it gently until it mixes or incorporated well. Otherwise, it is great the way it is prepared here. Great #pancake recipe for #breakfast#sweet #starch #snack #dessert #teatime #brunch #lunch #dinner Pinkblanket's Kitchen -
