Boiled Corn and Groundnuts

I went to my home town and they gave me this as tsarabar kauye, I really enjoyed it especially the corn.
Cooking Instructions

Wash the groundnuts thoroughly as it come with soil

Feel the corn layers leaving only the last layer
- 3
Put little water in a pot and set on fire, put the groundnuts first followed by the corn on top, but make sure the water does not cover the groundnuts completely

Cover the pot with polythene bag or foil paper, then replace the pot cover and allow to cook for like 30mins, then check if it's not done allow for some other mins or as desired.

So I cook it on the cob then remove it so they still get the sweet corn flavor, me too, without the corn, all in the rice. I think it was frozen corn though...I thought it would be even better made with fresh corn, so I tried making it.If the batter is too loose it won't dry up properly. If it looks like the fritters will fall apart when turning them over, user a spoon.Don't touch the fritters right after putting them in the frying oil. This is one of my absolute favorite ways to cook fresh sweet corn! It's so simple and really takes advantage of the corn's natural sweetness. Last summer I think almost of all of the corn I bought ended up being turned into this soup! If you use old corn or some that has dried out a little (wrinkly kernels), it won't turn out very good so I highly recommend using very fresh, in-season corn with plump kernels.
