  4. 1 tsp Sugar

  7. 150 gmBrown chole(chickpeas)

  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp Garam masala

    Mix all ingredients except oil.Make a tight dough. Apply oilKeep aside for 2 hours.

    Then make round shape and fry in oil.

    Brown Chole soak for 8 hours.Grind Onion paste fry in oil when smell goes and oil comes out add masala and brown chole.Add it in cooker for 6 whistle.serve hot with bhatura.
