Soak kabuli chana (chickpeas) for 6 to 8 hours. Then add some salt and turmeric powder in it and cook it in pressure cooker. Cook for 2 to 3 whistles on medium flame.

Take a pan. Add some oil into it and heat it up then add some cumin seeds. Let it splutter then add a pinch of hing, 1 finely chopped onion,green chillies and ginger garlic paste and cook it nicely.

Add all the masalas (red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chole masala, salt) and saute it for a min.

Add boiled chole into the masla and stir every thing well. Cook it for 2 to 3 min.

Dry chole masala is ready 👌😍 it can be serve with daal and rice or u can enjoy it with rotis and parathas.🍛
