Ingredients

  1. 1and 1/2 cup fine semolina
  2. 1 tbspsugar
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 300 mlmilk
  5. 7 gbaking powder
  6. 1/4 cupoil/melted butter
  7. Water(if required)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add the semolina, salt, sugar, baking powder and mix. Add oil or melted butter and mix again. Add milk and mix well until incorporated. Add water if the batter is too thick. Cover and let it rest for 15mins.

    Heat up the pan, pour the batter and cook on low heat for about 1min 30secs on each side. You can grease the pan with oil before pouring the batter (optional).

    Repeat the process for the remaining batter until it finishes.

    Serve hot and enjoy.
