Tofu and Celery Chinese Stir-fry in 5 minutes

Since I love celery, this is my signature dish.
By the way, garlic has the most cancer fighting properties of all the vegetables.

After adding the tofu, don't over-stir the dish or else the tofu will fall apart.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 smallblock Tofu (firm)
  2. 1/3Celery
  3. 1/3Leek (optional)
  4. 1Ginger (julienned)
  5. 1 tbspSesame oil for stir frying
  6. Ankake sauce:
  7. 80 mlWater
  8. 1 tspChinese soup stock
  9. 1/2 tspKatakuriko

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tofu into suitable-sized cubes and slice the celery diagonally. Mix the ankake sauce ingredients and set aside.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the julienned ginger until fragrant.

    Add the celery and leek to the frying pan from Step 2 and lightly sauté before adding the tofu. Add the ankake sauce prepared in Step 1 and once mixture has thickened, it is finished.

    When you have time, you can refrigerate the julienned ginger for later use. See.
