Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 mlStrawberries
  2. 1Blueberries and blackberries (if available)
  3. 1/4 cupWalnuts and pecan nuts
  4. 1/4 cupFeta cheese and goat cheese
  5. 5Cherry tomatoes
  6. 1Mixed salad leaves
  7. For the dressing:
  8. 2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
  9. 1 tbspRice vinegar
  10. 1 tbspOlive oil
  11. 1to 2 tablespoons Honey
  12. 1 dashless than 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  13. 1 dashPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the ingredients for the dressing well. Cut the strawberries into 5 mm slices and marinate with an adequate amount of dressing.

    Cut cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters. Roughly chop the nuts and the cheese.

  3. 3

    Wash the salad leaves and let them sit in cold water to make them crispy. Drain well in a sieve.

    Put the salad leaves in a big bowl. Add all the berries and the cut tomatoes, and then mix lightly. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with the chopped nuts and cheese.
