Potato beef soup🍽

Cooking Instructions

Wash meat, add some salt, slice onion, pound or grind ginger, cloves & black pepper & add. Cover to cook until it start tenderizing, if the water dry’s out add a more water & continue cooking then add in seasoning of choice e.g maggi, onga & salt.

When it begins to come soft grind some red bell pepper, scotch pepper & onion then add cover & continue cooking. Peel & chop Irish potato & add then chop some additional red bell peppers, scotch pepper, onion & green peppers add as well.

Chop some carrot & add too then add some oil & spices of choice e.g curry & thyme e.t.c cook until every thing is soft then remove from heat allow to cool then serve.

Note- you don’t need to add any thing to thicken the soup. If the potato is properly cooked it thickens it. Enjoy😋😋😋

Hard to give you exact measurements, as most everything was bits and pieces of bags and containers I had.
