  4. 1 tablespoonroom temperature butter
  5. 2 tablespoonsdiet peanut butter for topping (optional)

    Melt the butter slightly in the microwave to make it easier to mix with the oatmeal.

    Divide the Lotus biscuits into two equal parts and spread a little peanut butter on them.
