Rich Stir-fried Pork Belly and Nagaimo Yam with Oyster Sauce Rich Stir-fried Pork Belly and Nagaimo Yam with Oyster Sauce
I made this dish using the ingredients I happened to have at home at the time.I wanted to eat something rich and satisfying.-If you use a non-stick frying pan you don't need any oil since you'll have enough fat from the pork belly.-After adding the yamaimo yam don't cook too long or you will lose its texture. Sautéed Crunchy Green Beans, Caramelize Mushroom, Ground Beef with Hoisin sauce Sautéed Crunchy Green Beans, Caramelize Mushroom, Ground Beef with Hoisin sauce
Not long ago my husband bought a packet of mushrooms from the store. Due to my busy schedule, I haven't had time to cook it yet. And 2 days ago, he bought another 1 packet of mushrooms back home. Of course before it goes bad, I need to get rid of at least 1 package soon. Luckily we both just wanted to eat rice. So I'm going to cook mushrooms that go well with rice. And finally I decided to saute and mix it with green beans, ground beef, and seasoned it with hoisin sauce. It doesn't take long to make. Very easy yet delicious.#asianfood Nia Hiura -

Baby Scallops with Green Onions and a Salty, Lemon Sauce Baby Scallops with Green Onions and a Salty, Lemon Sauce
My husband likes the occasional scallop dish fried with salt and green onion, so I have tried many times to think of simple and refreshing ingredients that he wouldn't tire of and that my children could eat as well. I settled on this recipe. Everyone in my family also loves grilled fish with lemon.-Everyone prefers different amounts of saltiness, so you don't need to add as much if you don't want to. You can season with salt afterwards to adjust the flavor.-I recommend using fresh lemons and lots of green onion. Recipe by Aozora lemon. cookpad.japan -
Komatsuna and Egg Stir Fry with Oyster Sauce Komatsuna and Egg Stir Fry with Oyster Sauce
I wanted to use ingredients in the fridge to make something quickly. The key is to fry the eggs quickly in Step 2 so that they turn out fluffy. In Step 3, add komatsuna and stir quickly so that the garlic doesn't burn.Adjust the amount of salt because the oyster sauce and chicken stock may be salted already.
