Rich Stir-fried Pork Belly and Nagaimo Yam with Oyster Sauce

I made this dish using the ingredients I happened to have at home at the time.
I wanted to eat something rich and satisfying.
-If you use a non-stick frying pan you don't need any oil since you'll have enough fat from the pork belly.
-After adding the yamaimo yam don't cook too long or you will lose its texture. Recipe by nasubeam

Stir Fried Pork, Shimeji Mushrooms and King Oyster Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce Stir Fried Pork, Shimeji Mushrooms and King Oyster Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce
This is a variation on my recipe Nagaimo Yam and Pork Stir Fry. Chopped pork tends to get tough if you stir fry it, so I treated it in a certain way to make it as tender as possible. Make it hearty with a boost of inexpensive mushrooms!Serve it to small children without the black pepper. If there are burned bits in the pan after taking out the meat (Step 4), wipe with a paper towel before proceeding. If you simmer it for too long at Step 6, the meat will get tough so be careful. For 2 servings. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan -
Satoimo (Taro Root) and Pork Stir-Fry with Oyster, Mayonnaise and Sesame Sauce Satoimo (Taro Root) and Pork Stir-Fry with Oyster, Mayonnaise and Sesame Sauce
I wanted to serve the satoimo I like so much to my family using flavorings that were slightly different than usual.- You may get away with not using any oil in the frying pan, because of the fat in the pork. (especially if you use a non-stick pan)- The viscous substance covering the satoimo is supposed to help lower your blood pressure and cholesterol, and even for helps to prevent senility by stimulating the brain, so don't wash too much of it off.- You can make the recipe more healthy by wiping off excess fat before adding the flavorings. Spring cabbage and pork stir-fry with miso and oyster sauce Spring cabbage and pork stir-fry with miso and oyster sauce
I wanted to make a good use of spring cabbage. The flavour of miso and oyster sauce mix is absolutely delicious.I used 2 large leaves of cabbage for this recipe. If your cabbage seems smaller in size, I would suggest you using a little more than that (3 to 4 leaves). The sauce is quite rich in flavour so you can be generous with the amount of vegetables you add to the pan. The finished dish will be as delicious if you swap japanese leek with onion. Recipe by Nanohana cookpad.japan
