I wanted an Asian dish but had to work with what I had at hand. It has a nice soy taste and plenty of meat. Could use more potatoes. The bbq sauce gives it a sweet taste.

1/4onion, chopped
1/2green bell pepper
1/2 cupfried chicken, chopped
1/2medium baked potato
1 cuprice,cooked
soy sauce
salt
black pepper

Sauté onion and bell pepper in small saucepan

Add in rice and soy sauce
3

Season to taste with salt and pepper
4

Add in chicken and potatoes
5

Finish with garnish of your choice. I used some sweet bbq sauce and stirred it in.
