Sautéed Crunchy Green Beans, Caramelize Mushroom, Ground Beef with Hoisin sauce

Not long ago my husband bought a packet of mushrooms from the store. Due to my busy schedule, I haven't had time to cook it yet. And 2 days ago, he bought another 1 packet of mushrooms back home. Of course before it goes bad, I need to get rid of at least 1 package soon. Luckily we both just wanted to eat rice. So I'm going to cook mushrooms that go well with rice. And finally I decided to saute and mix it with green beans, ground beef, and seasoned it with hoisin sauce. It doesn't take long to make. Very easy yet delicious.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat up the oil and add the mushrooms (I divided it into 2 batches). Fry until both sides are brown and caramelize. Set aside.
- 2
Without adding an oil, add all sliced shallot, garlic, ginger, and bay leaf. Sautéed until it fragrant. Then add ground beef. Keep sautéed until the beef is no longer pink.
- 3
Then add the green beans, sautéed for 2 minutes and add water. Stir well, closed with a lid and let it cook in simmer for another 2-3 minutes. The green beans has to be crunchy (if you like the soft green bean and cook it little longer)
- 4
Add mushrooms, and the rest of the ingredients (hoisin, soy sauce, chicken powder, and fresh Thai chili)
- 5
Keeps cooking until the liquid is reduced. And it’s ready to serve along with steamed rice. Enjoy!

I modified a typical dish to this tasty one by adding a boost of black pepper.Step 1 and 2 are the key to tender chicken. Please be careful not to overcook the bean sprouts!! When you wipe the frying pan, just wipe quickly with kitchen paper. Add garlic powder and black pepper to your liking. Recipe by Ayanami Aya cookpad.japan -
Pork Belly, Chinese Chives, and Bean Sprouts with Sauce Pork Belly, Chinese Chives, and Bean Sprouts with Sauce
When I stir-fry bean sprouts, they always release a lot of moisture, which is why I thought it'd be a good idea to thicken it. I added some flavor and katakuriko to make a thick sauce.Since the katakuriko will sink to the bottom of the ○ ingredients, make sure to mix it up again before you add it to the frying pan. Simple Stir Fried Pork and Green Beans with Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise Simple Stir Fried Pork and Green Beans with Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise
I wanted to make a quick and easy item that I could pack into everyday bentos. The oyster sauce and mayonnaise burn easily, so turn down the heat to low after adding them. For 1 to 2 servings (or 2 to 3 bento-sized servings). Recipe by nasubeam cookpad.japan -
Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce
Whenever it's really hot, I don't feel like cooking, so I thought up a recipe I could make in a jiffy to re-energize my body.I had a lot of fish sauce left over, so I used it to flavor this. The exotic fragrance encourages your appetite. The key is to stir fry the pork until it's crispy and slightly browned! To enjoy the crispy texture of the bean sprouts, stir fry it quickly over high heat. As time passes moisture starts to come out of bean sprouts, so I recommend eating this right away.I like to add a lot of black pepper at the end. For 2 servings. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -
Oven Roasted Green Beans with Garlic Oyster Sauce Oven Roasted Green Beans with Garlic Oyster Sauce
I'm not all that preachy about how to cook or eat, but I am all about the gospel of incorporating more fresh produce into our diets. I'm a firm believer that if people just had more delicious experiences with vegetables, they'd love them like I do.Green beans (aka String Beans, Snap Beans) are super high in fiber and Vitamins A and C, among other nutrients, and this is a delicious and fun Asian-inspired finger food recipe for them that easily gets peeps eating half a pound each. It could also be a great alternative to your usual Thanksgiving green beans recipe.By the way, if you don't already have oyster sauce in your pantry, you'll find it a great one-stop seasoning for stir frys, Asian inspired pan fried noodles, and fried rice, among other things. It does have oysters in it, but it doesn't really taste that much like oysters - think of it like a thicker, earthier, slightly smokier condiment than soy sauce that you can use much in the same way for cooked preparations. x -

Sauteed Beef in Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Sauteed Beef in Garlic Butter Soy Sauce
My husband loved it when I made steak flavored with garlic, butter, and soy sauce, so I started making a before-payday version using inexpensive thinly cut meat. This is great with shimeji mushrooms or spinach. I buy beef when it's on sale, and make this recipe when I don't have time. I used brisket offcuts this time, but I think it's good made with other cuts of beef. It's best to use a cut with some fat. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Takuchi cookpad.japan
