Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsflour
  2. 375 gmagerine
  3. 2egg yolks
  4. 1 tbspnvinegar
  5. 1/2tspn salt
  6. 1tspn sugar
  7. 1 cupice cold water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the egg yolk and vinegar and set aside in the fridge.

    Sieve the flour, add the baking baking, salt and sugar. Mix with a whisk

    Now add the margarine and rub together with your finger tips until the flour and margarine is well incorporated.

    Add the egg yolk mixture and Add the cold water in bit and knead the dough until you achieve a firm dough.

    Refrigerate the dough for another 10mins before you start filling with your meat pie fillings
