This is one tasty grilled chicken to try out this holiday; you can use parsley in place of oregano

Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Chicken and pat dry with paper towel, set aside


  2. 2

    Blend all the ingredients except yogurt, salt and knorr, 
once it's smooth, transfer to a bowl and add salt, knorr cube and yogurt, taste and adjust ingredients if necessary

    Marinate chicken with marinade mix, cover with cling film and rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour or overnight


  4. 4

    Preheat oven 350 degree f

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven or airfryer for 40 mins (flip after 20 minutes to the other side and cook for another 20 mins, remove and serve.)
