This is one tasty grilled chicken to try out this holiday; you can use parsley in place of oregano
Cooking Instructions

Wash Chicken and pat dry with paper towel, set aside
- 2
Blend all the ingredients except yogurt, salt and knorr, once it's smooth, transfer to a bowl and add salt, knorr cube and yogurt, taste and adjust ingredients if necessary

Marinate chicken with marinade mix, cover with cling film and rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour or overnight

Preheat oven 350 degree f
- 5
Bake in the oven or airfryer for 40 mins (flip after 20 minutes to the other side and cook for another 20 mins, remove and serve.)

Hi, I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. I have this great Chicken Souvlaki or Kalamaki recipe, which actually translates into Chicken on a stick. Hmm, anyway in Greece when you go to a Soulvaki Fast Food store, (I call it a fast food store because it’s all put together rather quickly), you can either order the usual Pork souvlaki with pita, or you can order (which I personally prefer), Pork or Chicken Kalamaki along with bread which has been dipped into lemon-oregano-salt-pepper sauce. YummmmmmyyyyWhat I usually do is leave the chicken in the marinade sauce overnight in the refrigerator.
