  2. Water
  3. Salt
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Red bell pepper
  6. Chill pepper
  7. Onions

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your rice with salt 5 times or till the water becomes clear

  2. 2

    Pour boiling water, stir and cover for 5 to 10min

    Place your pot on fire with water and add the rice to the boiling water cook till it becomes soft.

    For stew place a pot on the fire add oil, chopped onion and garlic then add your grounded tomatoes and pepper paste cover your pot and regulate to medium or low heat

    Once the stew has steamer and no more watery add your fried chicken and chicken broth, add your spices, and seasoning and adjust with a little salt. Cover to cook for another 5 to 10min

    Serve with cold juice
