I'm not a fish person. However, I was gifted one big sized catfish, so, I needed to find the best thing to do with so as to be able to eat it. So, I thought, why not pepper soup. I make pepper soup often but with assorted meat. I just had to increase the spiciness level so I won't regret eating the fish.
