This is easy mochi sweet dessert. Please make your own mochi sweet with this mochi dough.
Cooking Instructions

Mix Anko and chopped walnuts. And make small 10 balls.

Add boiled water in glutinous rice flour and mix with chopsticks. After mix well, knead it with hand.

Divide dough into two. Color one dough with pink or red food color. Cut each dough into 5 pieces. And make very small rounds for flowers.

Make round shape mochi dough with rolling pin on flat powdered space. And put water on dough and place small round dough for flower shape.

Lightly fry both sides of the dough without oiling the pan. Put Anko paste on dough and fold. Press the edge with finger while it’s hot.

If you don’t have Anko red sweet bean paste, you can use cream cheese, chocolate cream and nuts with sugar.
