  1. 15 piecesCooked and sliced tofu
  2. Veg oil
  3. 2eggs
  4. Sliced Cabbage
  5. Chopped Spring onions
  6. Spices and seasonings
  7. Shredded chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and add little seasoning, whisk

  2. 2

    Add oil into a pan and place on heat and fry the tofu till golden brown, strain and set aside

  3. 3

    In another pan add little oil, chopped onion and shredded chicken, stir fry and the cabbage together with seasonings and spices, cooked for 3 mins then add the fried tofu mix and remove from heat.

    Delicious Awara (tofu) is ready to be packed into your kids lunch boxes😋
