Easy Lemony Chirashi Sushi with Salmon Flakes

I thought of this when I wanted to eat sushi, but wanted a quick recipe.

It's easier if you make finely scrambled eggs instead of shredded egg crepes.
I used daikon radish sprouts avoid chopping vegetables, but you can add salt rubbed cucumber slices (or shiso leaves)
You can use imitation crab sticks instead of salmon flakes. Recipe by Orange Day

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 60to 70 grams Salmon flakes (store-bought)
  2. 4 sliceThinly-sliced ham
  3. 1packet Daikon radish sprouts
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 1/2a teaspoon ● Sugar
  6. 1 pinch● Salt
  7. 360 mlFreshly cooked rice
  8. 3 tbsp*Lemon juice
  9. 1 tbsp*Vinegar
  10. 1 tsp* Kombu tea
  11. 2 tbsp*Sugar
  12. 2 tbsp*Toasted white sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the ham in half and then into about 5 mm wide. Add all ● ingredients to the eggs and make shredded egg crepes. Cut the roots ends of the radish sprouts.

    Mix all * ingredients to make sushi vinegar and mix into the freshly cooked rice quickly.

  3. 3

    Set aside some of the ingredients to decorate and mix the rest into the rice.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the shredded egg crepes on top, decorate with the remaining ingredients, and the chirashi sushi is done.
