Pistachio nut butter 🌰

This couldn’t have been better, I am in awe of how good and delicious this nut butter came out. I have always been a huge fan of pistachios (favorite ice cream flavour too!) and now I am so excited to have finally made the best pistachio chocolate butter. Hope you make it too 🤞🏽❤️

Cooking Instructions
- 1
If your pistachios are fresh like mine, please roast them for 10 min on 200 degrees celsius
- 2
Then once they are cooled, toast them for 3 min in a pan on medium heat. This will help the pistachios release their natural oils and aromas that we need to make the butter.
- 3
You will need a very good and strong blender to make this butter. Place in your blender and blend for at least 10 min. You will have to stop and scrape down the pistachios a few times so have patience!
- 4
After you have scraped down a few times, and blended more, mine took blending time of 7 full minutes (I do not count the stopping time here) it should look like this.
- 5
Now add your salt, sugar and vanilla extract. Blend and it should be like this.
- 6
Add your grape seed oil. I couldn’t find pistachio oil, and blend for 2 minutes. Now, in a pan on low heat melt chocolate squares with butter and add in the blender.
- 7
Blend for 1 min and it will look like this.
- 8
It is simply the most delicious nut butter you will ever have, especially if you like pistachio like me ❤️ enjoy on bread or stay tuned for my next surprise recipe coming soon 🤤😉

Pistachio tartlets Pistachio tartlets
These pistachio tartlets are a celebration of pistachios.Pistachio tartlets are delightful pastries that can be prepared in various styles, each showcasing the rich, nutty flavor of pistachios. These tartlets feature a sweet pastry shell filled with a rich pistachio frangipane filling. In fact, this is not true frangipane, but humour me.These elegant little pistachio tartlets are definitely for the true pistachio fan. Loaded with pistachio flavour from pistachio paste to that gorgeous creamy topping, these mini tarts are a glorious contrast of soft and crisp, sweet and nutty and a flavour sensation. It’s a pistachio paradise! The tartlets will easily appeal to anyone who loves pistachios. It’s also incredibly simple to make. If using premade tartlets then all that is left is to hand-mix the filling, pour it into the crust, and bake for just under an hour. These charming petits tartes then get a topping of the delicious pistachio paste and sprinkled with crumbly pistachios, creating a harmonious blend of textures and the rich, nutty flavour of pistachios in every bite. You can make these pistachio tartlets completely from scratch or use premade. Pistachio Pudding Pie Pistachio Pudding Pie
The closest you can get to eating a cloud. I can eat nearly the whole thing. It’s a shame that I didn’t have pistachios when I decided to make this, but I used some honey roasted peanuts and it seemed to heat the mark. Feel free to use cool whip if you don’t have the time or energy to whip cream by hand. I’ll say that I was rather annoyed while making this, but I was relieved and satisfied when it was completed. Viral chocolate samosa Viral chocolate samosa
The viral Dubai chocolate bar, dates, strawberry cups and samosa has taken the world by storm. If you have tried it then you'll know how utterly delicious it is!I have not tried any of it! Making it at home is actually pretty straightforward. But I gave it a try with the samosa. A filling of crunchy toasted kataifi pastry, smothered in pistachio cream and then wrapped in samosa pastry, fried and finally dipped in rich chocolate. Finally, it is served with sprinkled chopped pistachios. It would be difficult for most people to lay hands on kataifi. The closest substitute would be Pheni and you can find it in most South Asian grocery stores in the west. It is easily available in Pakista! Pheni is fried vermicelli so does well as an easy substitute for frying the shredded kataif. Sarvat Hanif -
