1 cuppowdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cupunsalted butter, cubed into small chunks
2 tbspmilk
1 cupwhite chocolate chips
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/2 tsppeppermint extract
1/2 cuppeppermint candy, crushed

Place all ingredients except for vanilla/peppermint extracts and peppermint candy into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 60 seconds.

Pour in vanilla & peppermint extract. Whisk until smooth. Stir in crushed peppermint candy.

Scoop into cupcake tins and/or greased or lined baking dish. Top with remaining candy pieces. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Enjoy!
