Chinjao Rosu-style Chikuwa and Green Pepper Stir-fry Chinjao Rosu-style Chikuwa and Green Pepper Stir-fry
I entered Itoen's recipe contest, and won the 20 different vegetables they use in their vegetable juice.I used the green peppers and red peppers from that to think up a new recipe.Seasoning the thinly-sliced chikuwa with soy sauce and potato starch flour beforehand gives a meaty texture. It looks pretty if you use red pepper, but it tastes great with just green peppers. Make sure not to over-cook the green peppers. Recipe by Cha-miru cookpad.japan -

Crumbly Tofu Stir-Fry Crumbly Tofu Stir-Fry
My aunt made this for me many times. The main point is to keep on stir frying until there's no moisture left. It's good when it's almost burnt. If you like it spicy, add more shichimi spice. You could also increase the amount of doubanjiang spicy bean paste. Recipe by AntyRyoko cookpad.japan -
Julienned Pork, Potato and Pepper Stir Fry Julienned Pork, Potato and Pepper Stir Fry
I wanted to eat crispy crunchy potatoes so I prepared a Chinese-style (chinjao rosu) stir fry. It's an easy dish you can make with everyday ingredients. The katakuriko powder covering the beef will start to thicken up once you mix in the flavoring ingredients so if you stir fry for too long it will get watery. Cook just enough to thicken the sauce slightly and to blend the flavors. Recipe by Shinyori-na cookpad.japan -
