Bean and spaghetti with waterleaf sauce

Ingredients

  1. 250 gspaghetti
  2. 2 cupspicked beans
  3. Fresh scotch bonnet, tomatoes and chilli
  4. 2big onions bulb
  5. Seasoning
  6. Dry fish, or smoked fish which ever one you preferred
  7. Picked water leaf,sliced
  8. Sliced uwgu

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the picked beans until it's done,but not too soft.

    Wash the water leaf and uwgu
    Then drain in a sieve

  3. 3

    Prepare the sauce:
    Pour a little palm oil on a pot and allow to warm,then pour in the sliced onions,
    Then pour the ground pepper mixture and fry,
    Add seasoning preferably your way just to taste
    After some minutes,pour the seasoned fish and fry until the sauce is well fried

    Pour the drained water leaf and uwgu into the sauce
    Stir and allow to simmer
    Then remove from burner

    By now the bean would be ready,so cook the spaghetti for 6mins,drain
    After mix the beans and spaghetti together and season to taste

    Then serve with chilled Zobo drink 🍷
