  1. Chopped cabbage
  2. Grated carrot
  3. Grated cucumber
  4. Chopped cucumber
  5. Diced onions
  6. Grated coconut
  7. Boiled eggs
  8. Fresh tomato
  9. Salad dressing
  10. 1/2 cupMayonnaise
  11. 1/2 cupGreek yoghurt
  12. 3tbspns Olive oil
  13. 1/2tspn Black pepper
  14. 1/2tspn Sugar
  15. 2tblspn Lemon juice
  16. 1/2tspn parsley flakes
  17. 1/2 cuppowdered milk

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and strain all veggies in water and vinegar. Strain and set aside

    Chop the cucumber into 3 different shapes. Cubed, grated and round.

    Now start by first layering the chopped cabbage then add the grated carrot. Next is the diced onions and cucumbers.

    Then add the egg slices and grated coconut. Lastly is the sliced tomato.

    Note that you can arrange it to your taste and preferences.

    Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together until smooth. Add to your salad and serve..
