    Mix flour,salt and yeast and add water bit by bit to form dough

    Kneeled the dough until it soft and let it to rise for 20 minute

    When the dough is ready,roll the dough in pieces and then fry in a hot oil

    Fry until brown and serve with pepper (yaji and a little kuli kuli) and chopped onion.

    Your tasty strokes are ready to eat..thank you.
