Simple but exquisite tasty puffs

I don’t bother my self with measurements when it comes to puffs I just perform magic and boom!!! It turns out really great 👍🏻 but I’ll try, I say try !!!!! to create a measurements for you Thanks and I hope you do better
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine your dry ingredients in a bowl
- 2
Add water gradually while you mix (to achieve a thick cake like batter) so you might need less or more that two cups of water
- 3
You don’t want to mix it too much there’s a consequence to that
- 4
Cover or wrap your batter and leave in a warm place for 1 hr
- 5
3 mins to 1 hr hear your oil in a deep fryer
- 6
Test oil to know if it’s ready by putting a tiny mold of puff batter into the oil if it comes back up 3 sec after then your oil is hot
- 7
Note: If you want to store your batter for the next day pour the remaining in an airtight container and put in the fridge or freezer but before you fry the next time and you notice it’s watery just add flour to it.
- 8
For molding I use my hand very easy for me but for you I guess you’ll need either puff puff dispenser(it’s very affordable) or ice cream scooper or spoon just have fun with it the important thing is the taste
- 9
Less oil makes your puff soak oil. less fire makes your puffs soak oil. Too much fire burns it on the outside and leaves the inside half done. So u have to make sure your fire is not too low and not too high let’s say purple flame
