Fluffy Milk Doughnuts Fluffy Milk Doughnuts
I wanted to make doughnuts that used milk. This is something I learned how to make a long time ago.About the timer setting..When you first put the dough in, hit your timer. Once two minutes have passed, turn them over and hit your timer again. Doing this makes sure that both sides have the same even color. For 10 doughnuts. Recipe by jelwee cookpad.japan -

My Original Adzuki Doughnut Holes My Original Adzuki Doughnut Holes
To make this recipe I referred to "Bread Loaf with 100% of Plain Flour and Whey" by user "Akkorin Mama". Using both granulated and powdered sugar gives it a pleasant melt-in-your-mouth texture. How to deep-fry the doughnuts in shallow oil my way: Pour enough oil into the pot so the doughnuts do not to touch the base of the pot. After the first batch, add a little oil. By doing this, the temperature of the oil will drop and the doughnuts won't burn easily in shallow oil. If the temperature of the oil rises too much, try adding some new unheated oil to bring the temperature down again. For small 16 to 18 doughnut holes. Recipe by miyuki12 cookpad.japan -

Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts
For Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I heard that you should not use bread flour (I don't know whether or not this is true) , so I used cake flour instead. They're the best freshly cooked. If they have cooled, just heat them up slightly in the microwave and dig in. Use whatever you like for the toppings. Recipe by Chopomama cookpad.japan -

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -

The Krispy Kreme Experience! Melt-in-Your-Mouth Doughnut The Krispy Kreme Experience! Melt-in-Your-Mouth Doughnut
I had a craving for Krispy Kreme honey glazed doughnuts and wanted to enjoy some at home!So far, I think this recipe is the closest to KKD's version. After the 2nd rising is completed, immediately fry them! Glaze them first before you start enjoying your hot fluffy doughnuts! If the dough is divided in 6 portions, the size of the doughnuts will be rather large. For regular sizes, divide the dough into 8 portions. Recipe by pogue cookpad.japan
